Eligibility Criteria
IT Internship Criteria
- High School graduate required.
- Must have a bachelors degree or be enrolled at a university pursuing one.
Experience Preferred:
- Previous experience working with technology in a professional environment preferred.
- Experience with client server architectures
- Basic understanding of web servers and how they interact with database servers
- Basic understanding of networking concepts
Sales/Management Internship Criteria
- Be a senior majoring in an area of business with proven academic success; a GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Candidates must be able to work a minimum of 15 hours (Spring Program)
- Be able to travel to the local Paycom sales office:
- Be involved in leadership roles on campus
Preferred skills:
- Demonstrate a passion for sales, including outside or inside sales opportunities
- Convey knowledge of a CRM; preferred
- Be a self-starter and have demonstrated leadership experience
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrate research and analytical skills
