Eligibility Criteria
- Open to junior and senior undergraduates, graduate students, and college graduates
- International applicants are welcome. To be eligible to work in the United States, the selected candidate must have a J-1 visa or F-1 visa with Employment Authorization Card
- Exceptional organization skills, including attention to detail & problem solving, self-starter.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- PC skills, including MS Word, and Excel.

Bonhams Internship Roles/Positions
- Research and organize client account materials.
- Compose and edit correspondence, reports, memoranda, and other material.
- Assist with managing client accounts for each sale by maintaining listings using Microsoft Excel.
- Assist specialists and cataloguer with administrative duties.
The Graduate Program is programmed for 18 months. It will be made up of two placement rotations: during the first 6 months, students will work in one of their core departments, either Client Services or Operations, assisting with the planning, administration, and maintenance of auction operations, from setting up galleries to taking bids during sales.
During the next 12 months, students will have the opportunity to work alongside and be mentored by cataloguers and specialists with vast experience in the major area of art and collectibles such as Jewellery, Contemporary Art, Impressionist Art, etc. Participants will be involved in tasks related to pre and post-sales administration, properties research and cataloging, works of art valuations, etc.
