Eligibility Criteria
- Summer internship is open to all undergraduates and postgraduates who have completed at least three years of their degree.
- The firm accepts applications from all degree disciplines for both trainee and intern programs.
Eversheds Sutherland interns take advantage of greater exposure to transactions and are delegated relevant and interesting high value work by partners and associates. By the end of the 11-week program, they will have received a complete insight into life as a trainee in an international law firm.
Eversheds Sutherland Internship Roles/Positions
- As a summer intern students will be assigned to a team in one of the company’s three main departments - Commercial, Property, or Litigation.
- They might also get assigned to one of the specialist areas which consist of Employment, Funds, Tax, Intellectual Property, Technology, and Data Protection, Pensions, Construction & Projects, or Banking.
- Reporting directly to the partner of that team
- The workload will be varied and interesting with the responsibility equal to that of a trainee.
- The interns have the opportunity to make an innovative impact on the company’s firm and showcase their talent and creativity by putting their skills into practice.
- Eversheds’ interns work in teams to participate in a team-based project (non-legal topic), assigning various team roles, being creative, and also having some fun doing it. At the end of the program, each team is invited to present their project to a judging panel.
